Julie Merrell

Julie Merrell is a dedicated Veteran Benefits Specialist, VBS, at United Veteran Benefits Agency, currently residing in Virginia. With a deep-rooted connection to the military and the Navy, Julie's family history is intertwined with a legacy of service, starting with her grandfather and continuing through her husband, daughter, brother-in-law, and son-in-law. While her family supports all branches of the military, their hearts lie with the Navy.

Proudly married for 30 years to the love of her life, Julie shares a beautiful family with three children, one son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and three wonderful grandchildren. Their household is completed by two beloved dogs, Kali the German Shepherd and Sadie the Golden Retriever, adding joy and companionship to their home.

In her leisure time, Julie indulges in her love for travel, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. With a strong educational background, Julie holds a Masters of Business Administration, MBA, degree from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.

Julie's passion for helping veterans stems from a deep sense of gratitude, appreciation, and respect for military personnel, including veterans. She considers it an honor to assist veterans as a way of expressing her heartfelt thanks for their dedicated service to the country.
